PSP is not expensive and might be another tool for your arsenal. It is not
geared towards printing like Draw and PP are (i.e. being able to work with
LAB or CMYK files). I feel that its Channel Mixer is nicer than PP's because
you can mix to monochrome. Its interface is much more like Photoshop's than
PP's. For digital photos, I like PSP's chromatic abberation fixes. I also
like PSP's "straighten image" tool - where you just draw a line on top
of
what you want "straight" and it'll move everything for ya. But your
best bet
is just download the demo of it and see if it fits your needs because
ultimately only you can say whether it's something you'll like or not. It's
not a bad program at all; it's just the interface and some terminology will
be different than you're used to, so expect some time hunting around in the
app. Check out the PSP newsgroups here, too - lots of very experienced and
helpful users over there.

I use PhotoPaint & Draw 12. Should I also buy Paint Shop Pro or do the other
two programs contain all of the features that I would need? Is Paint Shp Pro
just another version of the other two programs?

PSP has a lot of neat features and filters you won't find in Draw and
PP. PSP was originated by Jasc and bought by Corel not so long ago.
It has a completely different structure. I find the user interface in
PSP really awkward so only use it for it's unique capabilities.
It's probably the best value for money for those looking for a cheap
advanced editor. It has quite a decent automation capability. Many
third-party filters designed for Photoshop are also available for use
in PSP (and not in PP!)
Their Animation Shop is great if you make animated gifs.
I also suggest you test drive before buying to see what it offers your
work.

That depends on your needs. PSP have some more interesting photo fixing
and filtering capabilities than old PP IMHO. However, it doesn't have CMYK
support and other pro print stuff.

No. It is different product, initially developed by different company.

Not quite true, it can split channels to CYMK and print CMYK
separations. I would agree it's more of a hobby application rather
than pro.
