Sorry if this is a dumb question but
I added a Lens Flare to a photo - how do I go back and edit the settings
for that lens flare?
Or how do I delete it?
There does not appear to be a way to select it....
Thanks,
John

If you have placed the flare on the image directly instead of on it's own
layer, then there is no way to edit the flare.

I've tried creating a new layer - Photo-Paint calls them Objects or am I
looking at the wrong thing.
Any way in the new object/layer I go to Effects, Camera, and all the
menu options are grayed out. So how do I place a flare on it's own layer?
Thanks (sorry for my lack of skill)...

Create a new empty object, fill with black, set merge mode to screen and
then apply your lens flare. Now you have your own layer on which the flair
exists and you can take it off the image and start over anytime you like.
The other thing you could do is to simple duplicate the background and put
the flare on that layer/object. You can not edit a effect after it has been
applied to the image!

Alfred,
Thanks, that worked great, not as simple as being able to edit, but I
can modify it (i.e., recreate the flare on a new layer) as I want.
Thanks again,
John
