| why can't i access deluxe features? |

hi,
i had the basic photo album 6 and i purchased the deluxe upgrade. i thought
by buying the upgrade, i would have access to certain features i.e. making
phots black and white, advanced red eye reduction, etc. however, when i try
to do any of those things, i get a message saying that my trial period has
expired and that i need to purchase the deluxe edition. when i click on 'buy
now' nothing happens! when i click on the help key to see what version of
photo album i have, it says photo album standard, version 6.3.3 (should it
say deluxe?). does anyone know why this is? do i need to remove photo album
and start from scratch? but, since i only purchased the upgrade, how would
that work? thanks!
