When trying to open a "project template" nothing happens. This
feature
previously worked. Since this prgm came on my computer, the Corel site
doesn't support any questions about it. UGH! I really miss this feature!
Any suggestions?

You should be able to get Templates by clicking the Create tab, then
select a project and then click the Templates button on the tool
bar. However, its been a while, but if my memory serves me and the
program was installed by the PC builder, it could be an OEM basic
version that doesn't have the Template feature.

I had the same problem. The problem is with the Adobe Flash Player on your
system. Go to the Control Panel and select Add/Remove Programs and
uninstall Adobe Flash Player. Then install the Flash Player 7 version
located in :C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel Photo Album 6\Flash
