| Publishing using Photo Album 6.3.3 |
 |
Sun, 6 Jan 2008 19:35:43 -0700 |
I am currently unable to publish a collection to my ISP. I as currently
because I was able to publish a collection in November. Got all the
appropriate messages, and WEB Gallery was available.
Now, when I complete the publish process and click "Publish", nothing
happens. No messages, no errors, nada.
I have turned Norton off, this did not correct the problem. I honestly
don't remember when I upgraded to PhotoAlbum 6.3.3, so I can't say if
publishing my first collection was under 6.3.3 or an earlier version.
I am able to FTP other information to my web page, so I think security and
access are ok.
Any suggestions?

I have had this problem from the beginning and flogged it for a
while until I gave up. No one seems to know the answer. I just
upload everything with a free ftp.

I was afraid of that.
I am not very good when it comes to ftp, so I was hoping to use Photo Album
to automate the process for me.

I too use an ftp program rather than than the JAlbum "Publish"
feature.
Are you good at copying files between folders on your hard drive?
[a more visual ftp program can be very similar]
Need a tut and an ftp program? http://www.wallek.com/monica/psptut/ftp/
free and allows drag and drop of files and folders(directories).

After playing around with my ftp app I was able to upload the PA files
without difficulty.
To bad Corel does not fix that function. Looks like it is not even
available in MediaOne.
