I am having the same problem-Nothing happens when I click on "Create".
I
have Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and Flash Player Active X, version 9.0.115.0.
Should I uninstall one of these? I want to create Collages.

According to Corel Support answer you must uninstall Flash Player and Photo
Album6, then reinstall Photo Album 6. I tried this and you can access your
templets alright, but then I cannot access other things online such as chat
and certain video clips that require Flash Player. Corel Support answer is
