Hi there. I hope that someone might be able to help me out. I just
purchased corel photo album 6 Dell full. Many of its features do not work
when clicked upon. No of the Projects work. I am using Microsoft XP.
Any and all suggestions to leviate this would be great.

The latest version of the Adobe Flash Player (9.115) conflicts with Photo
Album 6. There is a knowledge base article about it at
http://support.corel.com/scripts/rightnow.cfg/php.exe/enduser/std_adp.php?&p
_faqid=762366.
This recommends uninstalling Flash Player and Photo Album and then
reinstalling Photo Album. An older version of Flash Player will be installed
by the Photo Album 6 installer.

I meant to add that I had trouble getting the Adobe TechNote page, that is
linked to in the Corel Knowledgebase article, to load in Firefox. I needed
to use Internet Explorer.
