Photo Problems

Has there been a change in downloading photos to Corel Album?  In the past 
all I had to do was check those I wanted to download, and now they ask me to 
drag to a folder.  Also, some of my photos will not delete, but will return 
in duplicate numbers.  Another problem, Corel has suddenly changed titles on 
some of my photos, and they are totally incorrect, and was correct at one 
time.  I am becoming more confused with so many problems. I followed 
instructions as to uninstall and reinstall, did not help.  My "all
photos" 
has many blank squares where photos once were or perhaps should be.  Help?
