Hi,
I have used all features of Photo Album 6 for a long time - then didn't use
it for a while. When I tried to use it again the Create feature was gone.
Tried removing the program then reloading it. Now it's worse. These are
the messages I get: 1) "This program cannot display the webpage - Most
likely causes; What you can try; etc". 2) This patch package could not
be
opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows
Installer patch package. I really don't know what this stuff means. I
would appreciate your help.
By the way, I am not able to erase this program (PA6-Version 6.3.3). When I
try, I get answer 2) above.

You probably have Adobe Flash Player 9 installed within the last few
months. If you don't need Flash Player, uninstall it, go to Corel's
website and download ZapPS.exe (see Corel KB 759194) to uninstall
PA6 (see Coral KB 759564 and 762366 for contradictory solutions for
the problem), then reinstall PA6. Adobe did something to Flash
Player 9 after it bought out Macromedia. Flash Player 8 works OK
with PA6 but some websites now require 9.
Adobe Shockwave is compatible with PA6.
