In Pres just select the image and then you'll have a bunch of tools on
the toolbar. Also, you can double click on the image to get to other
tools.
However, the image editing tools in Pres are less sophisticated than
perhaps you'd like. Get an image editor (Gimp is free) and then do your
work there. You'll be much happier with the results. Then copy and
paste back into Pres. :)
