To whom:
I recently sent a CD of a Corel Presentation to someone. When they, and I
quote here, "put your disc in my machine it burst out in a lot of loud
static and I couldn't get the machine to 'open' to remove the disc. When I
did get it out, I was hesitant to try it again."
Any thoughts as to what the problem can be? I only have snail mail
communication with this person so an answer from him will not be too soon.
Thanks,
A-F

There is a little wav file that runs when you autorun the cd to install.
Perhaps your sound card is having a bad day. Or, worse, your cd
drive is failing.
Try sticking the CD in again and hold down CTRL so it doesn't autorun.
After a bit use Windows Explorer to "explore" the contents and run the
exe file manually.
