Do you have already rebuilt your pub?
If not, you can use MultiSaveAsPro, to do it:

Is the stylesheet in a library? It may be corrupt.

Are the images used the same in all the pubs? If so, one of the common 
images may be corrupt. Can you roll back to an older version / 
uncorrupted version of the images?

Just two thoughts.
