Generated line numbers

Does anyone know of a way to generate margin line numbers for every fifth
line, regardless of paragraph tagging, within a Ventura Publication?

Unless you have varying line heights, seems like you could just put the
numbering in the margin of the page tag.

Otherwise, it may become a bit more complicated.
