It seems odd that there is not some type of relation there. As soon as we
start the 2nd WLM address space the 2nd user can access tables. Since MS
Access and other tools use the DB2 stored procedures to access the SYSTEM
tables we were thinking there was some lock or maximum connection variable
that was set too low that was causing this. |

What value do you have in JCL for NUMTCBS? As long as the stored proc is
serially reusable you can run multiple instances in one WLM-SP stored
proc. (Some IBM supplied stored procs must run with NUMTCBS=1. Check the
DB2 product books.)
