I've tried creating a PMR to get this resolved, but it bumps from support to
Partner World and leaves me without a resolution.
The DB2 9 FP1 file on Partnerworld has a temporary license in the bundle.
The Db2 9 base version on Partnerworld has a permanent license in the bundle.
If you just download the DB2 FP1 bundle and install it the license expires in 90
days.

I should mentioned I have a solution. I copy the license file from the base
version to the FP version.

I think there 2 options for you:
(a) grab the license file from the base version and apply it to the
installation that is FP1 only (w/o base).
(b) install base and then apply FP1 on top of it.
