Error in iSeries Navigator

When I try to view the schemas within the naviagtor I get the error message,
"<a
href="http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/">SQL0051</a&
gt; Not authorized to object QAUGDBLL in QUSRSYS type *FILE"<br />
<br />

   The authority error is SQL0551.  The APAR SE26496 and the discussion 
thread http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l/200705/msg01034.html give 
some more detail about that error message and that file.  That TABLE 
must be fully authorized to both the /functional/ user QAUTPROF [i.e. 
AUT(*ALL)], and authorized for read to the user accessing the function 
[i.e. AUT(*USE).
