Hey MSFT... Replica Inconsistent

I am getting a "Replica is inconsistent" error on dpm

When I look at the event log of the computer in question I see this error-
Event ID 6005-
Sqllib error: Database %1 is stored on multiple volumes, only some of which 
are being shadowed.

This server is running SQL 2000.

There are multiple drives in this computer.

I have run into this error before when using ntbackup.  The workaround that 
I settled on was including and empty file from the d: drive in the backup 
set.  Doing this allows backup to continue without error.

With DPM, I can't include this file.
