Demo install

DPM demo installed ok with no errors.  I remotely installed client to W2k3 64 
with SQL 2000 on it and another server with same OS but with exchange and it 
said there were no error during install.

Trying to backup SQL and Exchange get error message: 
This item cannot be protected because some prerequisite software is missing. 
 Ensure that all prerequisite software is installed and then protect this 
item9ID: 31008)

I am looking at the exchange issue and hopefully it will work.  But I was 
looking for SQL VSS service for SQL 2000, but I do not see that.  I have SP4, 
but there is nothing about VSS.

Please go through these Software Prerequisite's for SQL and Exchange and 
verify that you already have installed them.
