Career & Workforce Management Solutions is looking for a hands-on
Programmer/Business Analyst to take ownership of extensions or
enhancements to existing IT systems, new application architecture, and
reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities Include:
*	Act as primary backup to the Information Technology Manager on ERP
questions and issues.
*	Deliver information capital solutions that drive growth via new and
improved technologies.
*	Develop analysis tools which sit on top of a newly normalized ERP
system transaction layer.
*	Develop reporting tools to support business processes.
*	Develop standalone and integrated applications to support business
processes.
*	Full SDLC -  i.e. requirements gathering through user acceptance and
post installation support.

Qualifications:
*	3-5 years of professional software development experience in a
smaller enterprise environment.
*	Ability to focus on both small details and big picture planning.
*	Ability to interface with business owners.
*	Above average ability to gather requirements from all levels in the
organization.
*	Bachelor's degree Computer Science/IT/IS or equivalent work
experience.
*	Crystal Reports.
*	Customer service mentality.
*	DBA experience, especially data modeling.
*	Demonstrable experience with technical competency areas.
*	ERP systems.
*	GUI applications.
*	MS Query and MS Access.
*	Strong interpersonal skills.
*	Systems Architecture/Design.
*	Visual Basic.NET and C#.NET skills.
*	Web applications.
*	Willingness and ability to take on new technical competencies and
ownership.

Nice to Have:
*	Business Intelligence would be quite valuable, especially OLAP for
EPM.
*	Knowledge of Ross Gembase DML would be a real plus.
*	SharePoint development experience is a plus.
