Unable to reach the host

Hello,

today I had a strange problem that I would like to share with you.

I was testing a sample application on a different pc and I got an error 
message like "Unable to reach the host bla bla bla...".
So I load IE and try to get the wsdl. Similar error, but IE ask if I 
want to continue to work offline. So I uncheck the offline mode and 
guess what? The application start working! :-)

Thanks for the post. Strange indeed. The SOAP runtime does use WinInet and
there's a blurry line between IE and WinInet. Several settings (configuring
certificates, proxy, etc) in IE will affect the general behaviour of WinInet
used by any application on the system.
