Asset Manager

Hi.
I want to get the design of a simple asset manager, with the possibility of 
plugins, correct(as can be) before attempting to code it. Is it acceptable 
to submit designs (uml) on this form, and if so, in what format, and to what 
location(upload area?). I want to improve my understanding of the design 
process and am thus looking for much appreciated input.

This group wont accept attachments.

borland.public.attachments will but only up to a size that I cannot 
remember, it will be okay for PNG / JPG images though I am sure.

Maybe the best way is for me to visually show what my design thoughts so far
are? I have posted a png file on borland.public.attachments under asset 
manager.
