Delphi 5 to D2007 Hover Buttons...

How can I get the old buttons to look like new hover buttons?

I'm not sure if I understand what you are asking about. HOwever, if you
move an existing project to D2007 the theming support will not be
automatically activated. You have to do that in the project options
(Application page, there is a checkbox for that) and then rebuild the
project. That gives you the themed look on all standard controls.
