Designer 3.0 M3, Rc3 still slow

Designer 3.0 M3, Rc3 still slow

Win XP SP2, Designer 3.0 M3 RC3 build.

I was looking forward to a big speed boost in M3, but I have not seen it.

Switching between editors is still laggy. In fact I see it draw the
trace/disable boxes first before the window finishes switching.

Compare still feels slow, and feels like it locks Designer while it is
doing it. Saves still take what feels like a bit too long.

To be fair, after using it some more, switching back to the Modeler is
much faster in M3. Switching to a rule still lags.
