Install Questions AD to AD

Hi,
I like to create a User synchronisation between AD to a other AD with
VMware W2K3 servers. This should be possible? Each site has a DC, but
normaly customers don't like to install something on that, so I can use
on each site a w2k3 memberserver with the remoteloader? How are the
easyest steps to do this? ( what first to install ) I do not need
password synch, only user sync. Which components do I need for that?
IDM 3.5.x with the AD-driver should be OK? I did not found something in
Coolsolution, only edir2ad or edir2edir.

You'll need an eDirectory Identity Vault between the two AD's.
