Enhancement Request: GCV editor addition

When you are in Argument builder, and you select a GCV, and you hit the 
GCV picker pop up, I LOVE the tiny widget that lets you add a GCV on the 
Driver or the Driver Set.   This is SOOO useful!  Thank you to whomever 
did it!  It is great!

What I would like as an additional feature is the ability to EDIT the 
GCV value and Definition.

I have been using this, and almost every time I do one, I finish, and 
realize I want to update it almost immediately with one more detail in 
the Description, or I entered the wrong value, and so on.
