Bug in Zune Market Place

I would share a neat bug I found in the Zune Market Place...

I recently purchased the album "Sublime" by Sublime. The album has two
tracks called "What I Got". (One is an accoustic version) however they
had the same name in the market place. When the download was complete, I found
that one of the "What I Got" was missing. Bascially what happened is
it downloaded one of them, then over-wrote the first one it downloaded with the
other one. So beware if you are purchasing an album from the Market Place, and
two tracks have the same name, you will get screwed out of a song. I though
about renaming the accoustic one (which is the one I got) to "All I Got
(Accoustic)" then checking for incomplete purchases - no dice.

I wonder if that applies to songs with the same name from different albums, or
even different groups. I could see that being a major problem...

If that were true then I would be hosed. No, it only happens if they are in the
same album because each album is put in it's own folder. Personally I don't
think this will ever be addressed, rather they should make sure that no two
songs in one album have the same name. That is kinda silly. If two songs are the
same, you should identify one as something else, be it aucoustic, a reprise, a
radio edit, a bonus track, whatever.

The problem is this:

It downloads the song, "What I Got".
Saves it to the album's folder.
Downloads the second "What I Got".
Saves it as what I got.

It will only do this if you change the naming conventions to not include the
track number when it rips / downloads it. I can't see many people having this
problem because most people have the track naming to include the track number,
like "02 What I Got" instead mine is just "What I Got".

I know, I am picky.
