Well we should decide what goes in UPDATING and what in build(7) (which
describes KERNCONFDIR e.g.). Currently, we have building/upgrading
instructions (of various detail) in:
/usr/src/Makefile
/usr/src/README
/usr/src/UPDATING
build(7)
