Issue with the Solutions Directory

Hello,

There seems to be a problem with the FR Solutions Directory :
http://cgi6.ebay.fr/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SolutionsDirectory .

When we put our listing, the accents generate an error or don't show. We have
tried many differents ways, plain text, HTML.... but it's still not working.

For now, we have put our listing without accent but we would like to know how to
list our solution with the accents. Can you please help us ?
