Possibilities for registering eBay BULGARIA.What eBay
planning for

Hi, 
I am registered in eBay.com as Bulgarian user.  
I am using eBay sites since 2002 and have huge numbers of customers from
Bulgaria and all over the world. Major problem for Bulgarian customers  is to
pay online for all goods won from eBay. All online payment platforms are
completely different from PayPal etc… In Bulgaria operates a  few online
auctions sites , but they can not  attract customers as eBay do. My question is
: What eBay planning for Bulgaria in near future. Bulgaria became EU member in
1/1/2007 and more and more people will want  to use internet as place for buying
or selling.  Is it possible to start eBay Bulgaria site . Can I buy franchise 
or permit to operate under eBay logo. If eBay do not intend to start business in
Bulgaria what is opportunity to use their platform for online trade. China and
Korea had similar trade partnership with eBay

website in Bulgaria, although we are always interested in third parties building
tools and services that will help our community. Most Bulgarian-based customers
use existing eBay sites (e.g. Poland, Germany, US) for their buying and selling
transactions. 

Tools and services that would make it easier for them to transact on those sites
are most welcome.
