Description: Unable to verify notification signatures in Java platform since the
hashkey generated (using the format described in the
[url=http://developer.ebay.com/DevZone/SOAP/docs/WebHelp/WorkingWithNotification
s-Working_with_Platform_Notifications.html]document[/url]) does not match the
notification signature returned in the Notification payload.
Workaround: Turn the verification off

Resolved as expected behavior.
Before computing the MD5 hash for verifying Playform Notification signature, the
timestamp string needs to be formated in UTC pattern as instructed in this KB
article:
