What's up with the @live.com emails? Last we heard it was going live today:
New Domains for Windows Live Mail (Windows Live Mail Support Blog)
The Windows Live Mail Support Blog says starting on June 20th, new users signing
up for new Windows Live ID (AKA Passport) Accounts will now be able to choose
two new domains for their Windows Live Mail accounts. The Windows Live Mail Team
will begin offering the @live.com and @windowslive.com domains for email
addresses. If you already have a Hotmail or MSN domain email address, you're
stuck and have to create a new Windows Live ID Account unfortunately. But
according to the Mail Support blog - they are working on a way to transfer
settings and data from one Live ID to another.

Wasn't a bug found last week that allowed people to signup anyway?

Maybe it was for a short time. It's not there now. They do have a dropdown box
but Hotmail is the only item in it.
