| Reports already installed when reinstalling Encarta 2006 |

I uninstalled Encarta 2006 and when I attempt to reinstall, it tells me that
it is already installed and I need to go to Add/Remove Programs to uninstall
it. However there is nothing to uninstall in the Add/Remove list.
The only thing that wasn't uninstalled was an Encarta web research add-on in
IE7, and I can't find any way of uninstalling this.
Is it possible that it is this add-on that is preventing me from
