| ERSREGPR.DLL Error while installing encarta 2007 with student |

Hi, I tried to install the encarta 2007 with student from the setup and after
installing for a while, it popped up this error message " Unable to
register
type c:\... for ersregpr.dll. I choose ignore after retry didn't work. Now
when i try to run encarta it says "Application cannot run because required
components are not installed or not configured properly". I tried
