Hello
I have a problem with a network install. When logged in as a student the
MAPS icon when clicked, displays the following error:-
"A problem is preventing Encarta from carrying out this procedure. Try
closing and restarting Encarta. If that doesn't solve the problem, please
reinstall the product by inserting the Encarta CD in your CD drive and
clicking the setup icon."
(PP-31030-4)
I also tried a local install but the same error was displayed.
The problem must be due to permissions because an Administrator login works
fine, but I am unable to find the restricted file.
Please help.
Thank you
Paul
