I have a project that I am working on
my orginal video was a vob file and I took pieces and turned then into mpeg
files and brought them into encore. they work fine until I try to transcode
them, then the audio is slow and faulty. when I preview they are fine its only
when I transcode that they become faulty. i tried various combination of
transcode options but haveing no luck. I tried mgeg, dolby, and pcm. i tried to
up the audio bitrat and lower it. still no luck. any suggestions would be
great.
thanks

Ripping DVD files rarely results in success in Premiere... do
not be fooled by movie industry advertising into thinking that
"DVD Quality Video" is suitable for EDITING... it is not... a
DVD is designed to be for PLAYBACK only!

broke up the files in a separate program called MPEG video wizard DVD.
My orginal video was done for Laser disc. I took a 1" tape and created the
VOB files. I broke them down in the wizard program and moved them to encore
any suggestions on how to do this ? I have 40 separate video chapters.
