This seems to be a common theme here. And I don't like it :-)
I have an hour long video that is exported to a .m2v file with its corresponding
WAV file. in Premiere, in Encore, and right before export, the audio and video
is perfectly in sync. When I export to disc, it doesn't work. I've tried setting
the transcode settings to none, switching to PCM audio instead of Dolby (at
least I think so, it's in the project settings, right?) and I've even imported
the .m2v and .wav files into Premiere to see if they're out of sync and they're
not. i made a great menu/DVD and I don't want to do it in another program. Any
suggestions?
Also, you might know this... how do I get Premiere Pro CS3 to export to .mpg?
It's silly that it can't do that already. Thank you very much!

When I export to disc, it doesn't work.
"It doesn't work" probably means that there is a sync problem, right?
Can you describe the sync issue in some more detail? Is it off right from the
start, or does it go slowly off, or does it go off randomly? Is the audio behind
or ahead of the video? Are you seeing this in a DVD player or when playing from
a DVD folder on your computer?
how do I get Premiere Pro CS3 to export to .mpg?

I'm doing that right now (had the same problem) but I'm afraid that since it has
to transcode it'll drastically lower the quality. :-(

When playing on the computer, are you playing from a DVD disc or from a
harddisk? If it is from a DVD I would suspect the quality of the DVD media, or a
too high burn speed, or a combination of both.
