Can anyone else confirm that transcoding an uncompressed avi fails with
encore? When I try to transcode one encore hangs at Importing. Is this
a bug? I'm having this issue on a 64-bit xp machine, so maybe it is
64-bit
related...

Well, as our other applications get developed further we can't stay back
in time with outdated soft- and hardware just to wait for adobes
development-team...
WHAT other software & hardware?
Just about all there is available in 64-bit right now are office type
applications, and a very, very few audio ones.
I cannot honestly think of a single 64 bit DVD authoring application, and Apple
do not even have a 64-bit OS yet.
