Bugs are filed at  bugzilla.com
but first you need to check to find out if a bug for your problem
already exists:   https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced
or perhaps use: the search box at top of the page.

Many people who think they have a bug, have a usage problem though.
You are in the correct place to find out if there is a solution to Firefox
usage.

Also you came in through a mailing list, that can be rather hard on your
email reader.  You might want to consider reading newsgroups as a 
newsgroup,  see
   http://ilias.ca/blog/2006/01/instructions-for-new-newsgroup-server/
and then once you are properly reading newsgroups in threads (conversations)
then you can unsubscribe by the directions in your headers of what you
already sent.
