To delete them, you don't click on them, just hover your cursor over the
item, which will highlight it, then hit delete.

Any URL I open remains in Addressbar history and comes up when I type
matching initials.
How can I delete individual entries from that? Pressing delete on it
does not work, rather selects the entry for opening.

Not working. when I hit shift delete, it goes away from the view, but
when I type the initials again next time, it is again there in the list.
