I'm trying to update flash in my system, but the installer dont detect
fifefox.
I have installed Opera and the installer detect and install flash here,

Do not copy file NPSWF32.DLL to the profile of Firefox.
Copy the file NPSWF32.DLL to "C:\Program Files\Mozilla
Firefox\plugins\"
