Hi Verna,
Please learn to use the search engines, particularly Google, and Google Groups.
When you post something about a message, include the message text,
you can usually search on that.
But first see if this answers your question:
Error loading websites - MozillaZine Knowledge Base
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_any_website
You can use the search in the upper right corner to search.
the kb.mozillazine.org knowledge base
Some useful pages to help with your searching

usually this has to do with Furefox not being able to access the
internet, due to it being blocked by a firewall.
You may need to open your firewall administration and grant Firefox
access rights.
If you don't know how that works, tell us here what firewall you have
installed, and for sure, someone will have the same and will be able to
give you step-for-step instructions!
