You can find a Fx3beta compatible version under

Be sure to check  the all important Developer's comments that were intended
to be seen and the link to the developer's home page   at the   "Advanced
Details"  
at the bottom  by use of  "expand" link.   

If you are beta testing and there is not an up to date version
and you need to install the latest and have even turned off compatibility
testing you will only be able to install at addons through the
Advanced Details and on to the  "Complete Version History"
But there is still no indication of minVersion-maxVersion
that was actually assigned  -- they can differ between products.
