Firefox 3 on win98SE platform

Here's a question for MoCo.

I belong to a forum on which some true genius has managed to get FF3 
working on win98SE. It does work. He released a wrapper that a user then 
uses to make Firefox 3 run on Win98 SE.

Is there any legal objection to calling it Firefox?
