You can't use a .MDX file by itself, it requires the .DBF that goes with it.

HI,

The MDX file is the index file to the data. THe real data would be in a .DBF 
File. Even if you could open the MDX file, it would not be worth anything as 
it will just be pointers of sorts to the data housed in the dbf file.
If you want the data, you need to get the DBF file
