New beta release for IBConsole available (8.1.0.264)

Fixed a bug in the Import data dialog and enhanced the import of
csv-files with support for files that have all cells in doublequotes(").
Enhanced DB Alias support with the possibility of using the DB Alias
for connections and services.
Extended the functionality of DB Copy with copying a database to other
servers.
