| Question on Installing IIS for .Net |

Hi Everyone,
Im trying to install visual studio .net professional 2003. As soon as I begin
the installation I am prompted to first install Internet Information Services
(IIS) from my windows xp professional service pack 2, wich I seem to have lost
so I do not have the CD. I have been told I can download it online and so I
have spent hours at the Microsoft web page looking for this. Where I am usually
directed is to the Windows update page and it initially did an update (which my
computer gets done automatically) but I dont seem to see how installing those
updates will help me install the IIS component without the CD. Any help
rendered is greatly appreciated.
Please Help
Thank You

You have been told wrong. IIS cannot be downloaded, you need to install it from
the CD. Replacement CD's are available from Microsoft unless they are OEM (Came
with your system) in which case they are available from your system
manufacturer.
