sending file to server via ftp

i work with asp.net.
and used ftp component and a html file uploader for send a file to server.
i select htmlfile input property to runat server .
but i know asp.net codes are in server side .
therefor when i want send a file . my codes run in iis server ( not in my local
computer ). then return a error with this message : Can not find part af path
and file.
this file is in my computer ( is in user computer ) and not in iis server.
but it search server hard specify path and can't find that.
then i have problem with send file from cilent system

plz help me.
