Activation

Hello I have a question regarding activation of IDM 3.01 on a Netware
6.56 server.  When I try to do so through Imanager I get a javascript
error.  I cannot seem to activate it using the IDM Overview in
Imanager.  Has anyone seen this javascript error or is there a way to
activate through Designer?  I need to do this before June 13th.(90 days
expired)

Have you tried another instance of iManager?  If this is on a server
perhaps try iManager 2.7 Workstation on your local box.
Download/extract it, run it, add the IDM plugins, then close and restart
it to let you do all you need to with IDM from your local machine.

Also, what is the JavaScript error?  Does it happen in multiple browsers
or on multiple boxes?

Also, is there some reason you aren't deploying 3.5.x instead of 3.0.x?

- You're trying to install an activation credential, right?
- Which version of iManager?
- Which version of the plug-ins?  IDM 3.01?
- Which browser?
- What's the JavaScript error?
- At what point does the JavaScript error occur?

I am using Firefox.  I have also used IE 6, but not 7.  I know there is
Java installed in the browser.  The version of Imanager is 2.6.  The
reason we are using IDM 3.01 is it is a simple AD to Edir Password sync
so I could use IDM 3.5,  I am more familiar with IDM 3.01 and how to
administer.  Is there a lot of adavantages to using IDM 3.5?  Also the
error is

The server is Netware 6.5 SP6.  I did not try Imanager 2.7 but could do
that if that will fix it.  Everything else is working fine but I cannot
get the activation to work.
