Thanks... Perhaps I'm not looking hard enough, but searching Novell's site
for anything related to userapp self-registration, and unauthenticated
workflow, only yielded two links to documents that describe how to expose
the "Create Portlet" for self-registration.

Ah... in the IDM 3.5.1 User Application documentation there is a reference
to the Resource Request portlet. Very good.
Perhaps some additional meta-tags would be useful.
