CLE Certificate Revocation List Issue

CLE Certificate Revocation List Issue
Wed, 07 May 2008 11:36:02 GMT
Hi All,

I have installed UserApp and configured Jboss to use SSL on port 443.
I am using certificate issued by Verisign. All works fine when
connecting to Password Selfhelp (Forgotten Password) through web
browser using URL as specified in requested certificate. However, when
using CLE Password Selfhelp (Forgotten Password) through either
Microsoft or Novell client with CLE installed, the restricted web page
takes ages to open, and then comes up with message stating that
Certificate Revocation Information could not be obtained. I understand
that it is trying to verify if certificate has been revoked or not, but
since user is not authenticated yet, access to the internet cannot be
gained to check CRL. Is there any way to circumvent this process or to
have CRL checked without the client PC having access to internet??

Kind regards
Mario
